Work-related stress, violence and any other psychosocial alteration in the workplace are conflicts that concern the authorities and become the responsibility of the employer.
According to Forbes: The interest in the psychosocial factors of the workplace is not new. Since 1984 there was a mixed report of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) that referred to the subject. Since then, regulations have been created in countries in Europe (under the EU legislation), Asia and Oceania. In Latin America, Uruguay, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Brazil stand out, and with more emphasis on psychosocial risks Chile, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. Mexico has aligned with the trend since 2016. The issue is no less if we know that, according to WHO, by 2020 depression will be the leading cause of disability in developing countries, such as ours. They also increase addiction to alcohol, tobacco, or syndromes typical of work environments, such as burnout (burn worker syndrome) or anxiety. Not only that: work stress can accelerate the onset of conditions such as hypertension or diabetes.
The system is based on the detection of daily emotions of employees when entering and leaving work, focusing on a daily and monthly report of the worker, as well as highlighting daily alerts or significant changes in emotions and feelings of human resources upon entering and leaving the workplace.

The employee when arriving at the workplace makes a finger check or NTC card check at the fixed station or at the mobile station.
